Salary: $20.00/hr

Hours: 30 to 40 hours per week

Position being offered is Full-time & Permanent

Job duties include but are not limited to:

1. Measuring, combining ingredients, and using mixers, blenders, heat sources and other equipment to make baked goods.
2. Mix, prepare dough for puff pastries, breads, rolls and sweet goods, batter for muffins.
3. Mix and prepare batter for cakes including icing and frosting according to recipes.
4. Bake mixed doughs and batters.
5. Prepare special and customize orders for customers.
6. Decorate cakes and other baked products.
7. Testing ingredients and finished goods to ensure that each item meets food safety and quality controls.
8. Inspect kitchen and food service area.
9. Cleaning and restocking workstations and ensuring that all equipment is sanitized and prepared for the next shift.
10. Train and supervise newly hired bakers.
11. Keep track of the inventory and ordered supplies as per the schedule and requirement.

Language: English

Qualifications:

• Completion of High school
• 1 to 7 months of relevant experience
