1 POSITION – SALARIED DEPT. MANAGER, PERMANENT/FULL TIME BASIS. $22.45/HOUR, REQUIRED IMMEDIATELY FOR GIOPALM GROUP INC. O/A MCDONALD’S RESTAURANTS, LOCATED AT – 1850 OXFORD STREET W., LONDON, ONTARIO, N6K OJ8, CANADA

JOB DUTIES: Plan, organize, direct, control and evaluate daily operations, determine type of services to be offered and implement operational procedures, Conduct performance reviews,

Cost products and services, Organize and maintain inventory, monitor revenues and modify procedures and prices, Ensure health and safety regulations are followed, Develop, implement and analyze budgets, Participate in marketing plans and implementation, Set staff work schedules and monitor staff performance, Address customers' complaints or concerns

Recruit, train and supervise staff.

LANGUAGE – English

WORK EXPERIENCE: 7 months to less than 1 year

SUPERVISION – 11-15 people

EDUCATION: College, CEGEP or other non-university certificate or diploma from a program of 1 year to 2 years
