Job Description:

As a Contact Officer at WeSolve Business Hub Ltd, you will be at the forefront of our client interactions, playing a pivotal role in ensuring positive customer experiences. You will be responsible for handling inquiries, resolving issues, and maintaining strong relationships with our clients.

Responsibilities:

- Serve as the primary point of contact for client inquiries via phone, email, and other communication channels.
- Provide timely and accurate information to clients regarding our products and services.
- Address and resolve client issues, escalating when necessary to ensure prompt resolution.
- Document and track client interactions using our CRM system.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure a coordinated and seamless customer experience.

Qualifications:

Proven experience in a customer service or contact center role.
