Job Description:

WeSolve Business Hub Ltd is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Chief Financial Officer to join our executive team. As the CFO, you will play a key role in shaping the financial strategy of the company and driving financial performance. The ideal candidate will bring a wealth of financial expertise and strategic vision to lead our finance function.

Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement financial strategies to support the company's overall business objectives.
• Provide leadership and direction to the finance team, ensuring effective collaboration and high performance.
• Oversee financial planning, budgeting, and forecasting processes.
• Manage and optimize capital structure, ensuring efficient use of financial resources.
• Analyze and interpret financial data to provide insights and recommendations to the executive team.
• Collaborate with other departments to drive cross-functional initiatives and support overall business goals.
• Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and financial reporting standards.
• Assess and mitigate financial risks, fostering a culture of prudent financial management.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field. MBA or CPA is highly desirable.
• Proven experience as a CFO or in a similar senior finance role.
• Strong financial acumen and analytical skills.
• Excellent leadership and team management abilities.
• Strategic thinker with the ability to translate financial data into actionable insights.
• Knowledge of industry best practices and regulatory requirements.
• Effective communication skills, both verbal and written.
