Position: General manager - Financial, Communications And Other Business Services
(1 Permanent Position for Full Time)
Job Responsibilities
- Develop and implement growth strategies to maximize the efficiency and effectiveness of business.
- Motivate employees to work productively and develop relax professional work environment.
- Monitor and improvise quality delivery of the service offerings to customers.
- Seek out opportunities for expansion and growth by developing new business relationships to expand clientele.
- Identify opportunities for process improvements and cost reductions without compromising product quality or service.
- Maintain funds, budgets and optimize expenses to secure quarterly revenue growth.
- Define the roadmap, hierarchy and other HR policies for company vision.
- Manage workflows and process improvements for the company, to accelerate the team’s ability to deliver actionable strategic solutions.
- Lead, manage, and direct team to meet company objectives.
- Develop matrix to track team-specific and company-wide trends, identify opportunities, clearly communicate recommendations, and collaborate across all levels of the organization.
- Assist and coordinate with marketing sales team to ensure the integrity of company vision and year end goals.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree is required for the role.
- Minimum 5 or more years of experience in similar role is required.

- Should be organized, reliable and team player.
- Knowledge of MS Excel, MS Outlook, MS PowerPoint, MS Word, MS Windows, MS Office is preffered.

Salary & Hours: $ 65.10 hourly for 30 hours per week (Overtime paid CAD 97.65 per hour after 44 hours of work per week; 4% Holiday pay will be accrued)
