We are looking for energetic Hot Food Cooks (F/T Permanent) in beautiful Whistler, BC!

Position: Cook (Hot Food)

Position Available: 2

Employer: Whistler Samurai Sushi (Operated by Singletrack Sushi Inc.)

Working Location: 7011 Nesters Road, Whistler, BC V8E 0X1

Working Conditions:

• Permanent, Full-time
• Wage: $17.00~19.00 per hour (Depending on Experience)
• Working hours: 35~40 hours per week

Job Duties:

• Cook for the hot food menu and prepare hot food items/ingredients.
• Ensure portion and qualification of food to meet standard.
• Monitor and ensure freshness and FIFO procedure of ingredient(s).
• Assist in organizing inventory stocks for food.
• Create the new menu item.
• Instruct kitchen helper, if needed.

Requirements:

• Language: English
• Completion of high school
• At least 6 months of cooking experience is required.
• Must be available to work at least one day on weekends.
