Administrative assistant (NOC: 13110)
Job Type: Permanent, Full-time
Work Hours: 40 hours per week
Salary: $21 per hour
Vacation: 4% paid vacation or two weeks vacation days
Work Location: 511 Brackley Point Rd, Brackley, PE C1E 1C4
Responsibilities:
- Schedule periodical meetings and keep track of critical dates and ensure all appointments are tracked
- Attend and take notes at meetings
- Editing, revising and formatting letters, reports, memos, forms and other materials using MS Office applications
- Transmit correspondence to the appropriate parties by email, mail or fax
- Complete administrative forms, such as expense reports, guest list
- Keep accurate copies of invoices and receipts received
- Assist marketing staff with ads posting and responding on social media
- Data entry and crosschecking
- Assist in the preparation of inventory controls
- General Administrative Duties
Qualifications:
- Completion of a one-or two-year college diploma
- Previous one-or two-year related working experience is required
- Excellent English oral and writing ability is required
- Fast-paced environment
- Work under pressure
- Attention to detail
