About the role:
The Operations Manager is a key member of the management team, reporting to VP Operations, taking on projects and ownership of administrative areas that drive the business forward. The Business Operations Manager is responsible for ensuring efficient and timely project management. Communication among all stakeholders is a critical aspect of this role.
Tasks and Responsibilities:
- Support the leadership team with the development, implementation, and ongoing execution of various business processes and tasks.
- Build and improve operational workflows and processes to enhance efficiency and productivity within the organization.
- Develop and oversee various client delivery teams including Client Success, Payroll, and Technology support.
- Provide ongoing coaching and feedback to team members.
- Oversee all aspects of expense management, including technology and tools spending, employee reimbursements, travel spending, and other ongoing expenses.
- Oversee accounts receivable management and client billing.
- Maintain all aspects of office administration.
- Other operational and administrative projects that may arise in a fast-growing environment.
Skills & Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Computer Science, or related subjects
- Minimum 5 years of proven experience in a professional service environment including business administration, finance or administrative services
- Effective attention to detail and a high degree of accuracy, high level of confidentially and accountability
- Sound analytical thinking, planning, prioritization, and execution skills.
- Strong teamwork spirits, able to build and facilitate strong cross-functional work teams
