We are currently looking for a skilled and efficient Reservations Supervisor to join our team.

To be successful in this position, one should be dedicated to provide above and beyond customer service. The candidate should also be highly organized, committed and responsible.

Job Description and Duties: 

• Organize, delegate, and assess the tasks of employees responsible for hotel accommodation services and reservations
• Organize, delegate, and assess the tasks of employees responsible for hotel accommodation services and reservations.
• Resolve issues reported by the team
• Provide customer service support as needed
• Represent the hotel as the main point od support for customers visiting the facilities
• Ensure that the reservations team achieves or excess monthly sales targets
• Prepare and submit monthly performance reports
• Recruit and educate personnel on their roles, safety protocols, and corporate guidelines
• Manage the acquisition and oversight of resources and materials.
• Guarantee the efficient functioning of computer systems, machinery, and equipment, as well as the scheduling of maintenance and repairs when needed
• May perform the same duties as workers supervised

Anticipated Start Date of Employment:  As soon as possible

Terms of Employment: Full time

Hours of Work: 40 hours per week 

Wages:  $23.50 per hour 

Overtime: One and one-half times the regular wage rate as per provincial regulations. 

Benefits Package: 

• Insurance from Workplace Safety and Insurance Board covered by employer.
• Vacation pay as per provincial regulations will be paid each payday on a semi-monthly basis.

Education, Experience and Language Requirements:

• Completion of Secondary school.
• Post-secondary training in a related field is an asset.
• Ability to communicate in English.
• One or more years of related experience 

Working Conditions and Physical Capabilities: 

• Repetitive tasks
• Attention to detail
• Work under pressure
• Combination of standing, walking, bending
• Standing for extended periods
• Capable of lifting/pushing heavy objects weighing over 40 lbs
• Ability to work in a noisy and distracting environment

• Must be a team player, reliable and organized
• Must be available for all hours of operations
