Title: Administrative officer
Supervise and organize administrative protocols within the office
Assessing, analyzing, and integrating new procedures.
Set and prioritize work objectives, assign tasks to office staff, guarantee adherence to deadlines and procedural guidelines.
Manage the protocols and guidelines related to disclosure of records when handling the government requests for access to information.
Organize and plan office services, including relocations, equipment, supplies, asset disposal, parking, and security provisions.
Supervise administrative functions linked to budgeting, contracting as well as project planning and management procedures.
Assist in budget preparation and maintain inventory.
Assemble data and prepare reports, manuals and correspondence.

Salary: $ 27.00 CAD Per Hour
Working hours: Minimum 30 hours per week
Overtime Rate: $40.50 per hour starting after 44 hours per week
Holiday pay: 4% of gross pay
