Required Pasteurizer Operator (NOC 94140)

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES ARE LISTED BELOW:

• Run and maintain pasteurizer and other related equipment within plant production environment.
• Conduct routine Quality Checks throughout pasteurization process to ensure food safety and quality standards are met.
• Collaborate with Production Team to Coordinate Scheduling of Pasteurization.
• Collaborates with Milk Receivers to ensure proper product rotation of raw milk inventory.
• Running and monitoring pasteurization equipment.
• Performing regular maintenance tasks on machinery.
• Cleaning equipment and work area.
• Identifying equipment and production problems and inform the management.
• Following safety and sanitation procedures.
• Verify all charts including frequency pen, cut in/cut out temperatures and product recording temperatures.

Key Requirements:

• Completion of secondary school is required.
  • 7 months to less than 1 year of experience in food or beverage processing or related industry will be an asset.
  • On-the-job training is provided.
  • Ability to work to strict deadlines.
  • Excellent teamwork and interpersonal skills.
  • Must be able to work independently with limited supervision.

Salary: CAN $19.50/hour. Full-time permanent position at Pine River Food Products Inc., at 635 ON-21, Ripley ON N0G 2R0
