JOB DUTIES BUSINESS COORDINATOR
- Overall administrative liaison and coordination between various areas of the organization for smooth operations
- Be a single point of administrative contact between the CEO and other stakeholders such as in-house personnel, corporate clients, community groups, associate organizations referring business to the firm
- Assist the Management in selection and hiring of new staff, further mentoring, and training
- Maintain and Develop Customer Relationship management for a greater client satisfaction
- Ensure all procedures and internal controls are documented, updated, and approved, as required.
- Coordinate with the accounting team in financial and taxation matters such as bookkeeping, payroll, sending invoices, follow up on pending payments etc.
- Dealing with Customers complaints and issues at individual and corporate level
- Liaise with Commercially important contacts, participate and represent the company in trade events, fairs etc.
- All other relevant tasks pertaining to the administrative efficiency of the firm
