We are currently hiring for One (01) full-time, permanent Office Administrative Assistant to join our team.
Job duties includes the following:
- Prepare, key in, edit and proofread correspondence, invoices,
- Open and distribute incoming regular and electronic mail and other material and coordinate the flow of information
- Schedule and confirm appointments and meetings
- Order office supplies and maintain inventory
- Answer telephone and electronic enquiries and relay telephone calls and messages
- Set up and maintain manual and computerized information filing systems
- Determine and establish office procedures
- Keep and maintain employees daily work hours.
- Prepare contracts for business and new hires
- Respond to employee questions and complaints
What we required:
- Completion of High school education is required.
- More than 2 years of experience in related field is required.
- Knowledge of English Language
Wages:
$25.00/hr. for 30 hours per week + 4% Vacation Pay
