Farm Supervisor

UPPAL FARMS & GREENHOUSES LTD is currently looking for 2 full-time, permanent Farm Supervisors for their farm.

Job Type: Full-Time, Permanent

Salary: $ 19.00/hour for 30 hours/week

Benefits: Vacation Pay 4%.

Education: Completion of High School Education is required. Any higher related education would be an assest

Experience: More than 2 years of experience in related field is required.

Language: Basic knowledge of English Language. 

Start Date of Employment (Approx.): As soon as possible

Job Duties include:

• Supervise the activites of farm workers.
• Prepare the work schedule for workers.
• Arrange the necessary accommodation and transportation for General farm workers.
• Check the quality of produce
• Supervise and oversee growing and other crop-related operations
• Maintain work records and logs
• Hire and train staff
• Operate and maintain farm machinery and equipments
• Make sure all safety procedures are followed at worksite.
• Perform general farm duties

Work Site Environment: Outdoors, Wet-damp, rain/shine.

Accommodation will be provided at $ 30/week.
