Overtime:1.5 times gross pay after completion of 44 hours

Job Responsibilities

Eligibility Requirements:
- A bachelor's degree in a relevant field like business administration, management, or a related discipline is typically required.
- The budgetary responsibility falls within $500,001 - $1,500,000.
- Significant managerial experience is essential, often ranging from 5 years or more.
- Inspire and lead teams to achieve organizational goals.
- Develop and execute long-term strategies to drive growth and success.
- Understand financial statements, budgeting, and financial management.
- Make critical decisions with confidence and clarity.
- Effectively communicate ideas and information to diverse audiences in English.
