Morhart Development is currently looking for a full-time Marketing Manager to join our team to promote the brand and service of our company.

Main Duties of the job:

• Develop and evaluate the marketing strategies that can promote the business and generate genuine traffic (both offline and online)
• Deploy successful marketing campaigns and implementation from ideation to execution
• Measure and report on the performance of marketing campaigns, gain insight and assess against goals
• Maintain relations with customers by organizing and developing specific customer-relations programs
• Prepare and monitor the marketing budget on a quarterly and annual basis and allocate funds wisely
• Oversee and approve marketing material, from website banners to hard copy brochures and case studies
• Initiate market research studies and analyze consumer behavior and adjust email and advertising campaigns accordingly
• Maintain marketing staff by recruiting, selecting, orienting, and training employees

Employment Requirements:

• College Diploma
• 2-3 years of experience as a sales, marketing or public relations representative or in a related occupation
• Solid knowledge of website analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, NetInsight, Omniture, WebTrends)
