Retail Store Supervisor

Retail Store Supervisor– 1 Position, Fawz Barber Shop, Cambridge, Ontario, N1R 8A8, Canada ($21.50/hour, 35 Hours Per Week)

Job Duties

• Supervise staff (apprentices, stages hands, design team, etc.)
• Assign sales workers to duties
• Hire and train or arrange for training of staff
• Authorize payments by cheque
• Order merchandise
• Authorize return of merchandise
• Establish work schedules
• Sell merchandise
• Prepare reports on sales volumes, merchandising and personnel matters
• Resolve problems that arise, such as customer complaints and supply shortages
• Supervise and co-ordinate activities of workers

Job Requirements:

• Must have Secondary (high) School Graduation Certificate
• At least 7 months to less than 1 year of experience will be an asset
• Languages: English, mandatory
