London Liquidation Centre Inc. is looking for the one position of Home Organizerfor their location at 1490 Dundas Street, London, ON N5W 3B9

Job Title: Home Organizer

Nature of Employment: Permanent Full Time Position

Salary: $ 25.50 CAD per hour for 37.50 to 44 hours/week. Overtime pay at 1.5 times regular rate of pay after 44 hours. May be required to work some weekends

Job duties:

• Conduct meetings with the clients to discuss their needs and style preferences.
• Coordinating with contractors and trade people
• Creating design plans with preferences and safety requirements in place
• Overseeing costs and budget, and putting together project estimates
• Choosing design features such as furnishings, materials and artwork
• Preparing concept presentations
• Directing others assistants and offering solutions where necessary
• Set a timeline for the completion of the project
• Utilize computer applications in the design process.
• Inspect design after completion to determine whether client goals have been met.

Education: College/ CEGEP

Experience:  1 year to less than 2 years
