SALARY: $16.00 per hour / full-time permanent position (40 hours per week)

JOB DESCRIPTION:

• Prepare and cook food items as per posted menu and food production schedules
• Work with kitchen staff to prepare and cook pizzas, pastas, paninis, panzerottis, wings, and other dishes following specific methods for small and big catering jobs
• Oversee the preparation, cooking and handling of food
• Prepare sauces and dough according to Pizzaville recipes
• Observe labour and food cost control measures
• Inspect and clean kitchen and food service areas to comply with nutrition and sanitation regulations and safety standards
• Ensure food safety standards are maintained
• Uphold highest quality and service

 REQUIREMENTS:

• Minimum 1 year of experience
• Flexibility in work hours (days, nights, weekends and holidays)
