1) Languages: English.
2) Education: College/CEGEP.
3) Related Experience: Less than 1 year.
4) Work Conditions and Physical Capabilities: Work under pressure.
5) Personal Suitability: Effective interpersonal skills, Organized, Excellent writtencommunication, Excellent oral communication, Team Player, and Client focus.
6) Business Equipment and Computer Applications: MS Word, MS PowerPoint, and MS Excel.

3. Main Responsibilities

1) Advise clients on advertising or sales promotion strategies;
2) Answer written and oral inquiries;
3) Assist in the preparation of brochures, reports, newsletters and other material;
4) Gather, research and prepare communications materials;
5) Prepare or oversee preparation of reports, briefs, bibilographies, speeches, presentations,website content and press releases;
6) Conduct analytical marketing studies;
7) Design market research questionnaires;
8) Conduct online marketing, E-commerce and Website promotions.
