SHREE RADHE ONTARIO INC O/A ULTRAMAR- ON THE RUN  is looking to fill one position of Sales Supervisor- Retailfor their location at 949, HWY 7 EAST PETERBOROUGH, ON K9J 6X8

Job Title: Sales Supervisor- Retail

Nature of Employment: Permanent Full Time Position

Salary: $ 18.50 CAD per hour for 37.50 to 44 hours/week. Overtime pay at 1.5 times regular rate of pay after 44 hours. May be required to work some weekends

Job duties:

• Initiate sales activities, strategies, and sales plans required to build brand visibility in the gas station.
• Maintain required inventory levels and places orders for all required supplies.
• Develop and maintain accurate record of prospects, leads, pricing, sales activities, and active clients.
• Controlling marketing expense to ensure the marketing expenditure is kept within budget.
• Ensure all the available items are displayed correctly.
• Accountable for the prevention and resolution of customer issues that may arise, including customer requests, complaints and supply shortages.
• Evaluate the performance of sales team and seek ways to improve the team’s performance.
• Ensures compliance with health and safety legislation.
• Responsible for performing certain duties such as opening and closing of the Gas station, implementing marketing strategies & signing for deliveries when required.
• Supervise overall activities of the Store when it is required.

Language: English

 Education: High School Graduation Certificate

Experience:  1 year to less than 2 years
