JOB DESCRIPTION:

Domino’s restaurant is recruiting for the position of FULL TIME Shift Managers (NOC 62020) for its locations at 96 Innovation Drive, Kingston, and 2469 Princess St, Kingston, ON. We are looking for committed, caring, and energetic individuals who will make Domino’s the great place it is to work. JOB DUTIES:

• Coordinate and manage the operation of restaurant during shift.
• Oversee food preparation and storage to ensure compliance with food health and safety regulations.
• Generating detailed daily reports.
• Schedule staff in consultation with Restaurant Manager.
• Monitoring inventory and ensuring that all food supplies and other restaurant essentials are adequately stocked.
• Monitoring the restaurant’s cash flow and settling bills.
• Ensure kitchen staff adheres to recipes & portion sizes.
• Training and motivating staff.
• Maintain hygiene, health, and safety standards.
• Increase the profits by minimizing wastage & cost control.
• Provide excellent customer service.  
• Resolve customer complaints in a professional manner.

QUALIFICATIONS/REQUIREMENTS:

• Experience: 6-months or more
• Education: High School

COMPENSATION/BENEFITS:

• Wages: $16.60/hour
• 35-45 hours/week
