 Duties:

• Oversee and lead a team of truck drivers, encompassing recruitment, training, and scheduling.
• Responsible for organizing driving activities and track switch control panels.
• Create a work schedule and coordinating work with other departments.
• Resolve workplace issues and suggest ways to boost performance.
• Provide training in job duties to enhance their skills and knowledge following by safety measures.
• Recommend personal actions like hiring and promotions.
• Resolve work related operational issues.
• Make budget, work-related reports and monitor the spendings.
• Ensure that safety procedures are properly followed.
• Generate and evaluate performance reports, offering suggestions for enhancement.
