Construction site Supervisor/ Foreman

Terms of Employment: Permanent, Full-Time

Salary: $36 Hourly, for 40.00 Hours per week

Anticipated Start Date: As soon as possible

Location: 1508-4900 Lennox Lane, Burnaby, BC, V5J0G9

Education: No formal education is required

Experience: 2 years of experience is required

Languages: Written and Spoken English are required

Duties:

~ Supervise, co-ordinate and schedule the activities of workers who operate cranes and construction, paving, drilling, railway maintenance and other similar heavy equipment

~Establish methods to meet work schedules and co-ordinate work activities with the construction managers

~Requisition materials and supplies

~Resolve work problems and recommend measures to improve productivity ~Train or arrange for the training of workers

~Prepare production and other reports ~May also supervise, coordinate and schedule the activities of related apprentices, helpers and labourers.
