Moonrise Construction Ltd.  located in Abbotsford, BC is delivering high quality residential and commercial services in all kinds of new construction, renovation in Lower Mainland since 2008.  The company is currently looking for full time Construction Cleaners for their growing team.

Position: Construction Cleaner

Number of positions: 3

Salary: $26.50 per hour

Terms of employment: Full time, Permanent

Anticipated Start Date: As soon as possible

Transportation: Transportation to the work site will be provided for free (if required). Transportation between work sites will be provided by the company and travel time will be paid.

Work location: Various locations in the Lower Mainland, BC.

Work conditions and physical capabilities: Physically demanding.

Job Duties

• Vacuuming, sweeping, and mopping wax hallways, floors, and stairs.
• Wash windows, interior walls, and ceilings.
• Clean snow and ice from construction sites.
• Operate industrial vacuum cleaners to remove scraps, dirt, heavy debris, and other unwanted material.
• Empty trash cans and other waste containers.
• Perform other routine maintenance/ repair jobs as per foreman instructions.
• Work with minimal supervision.
• Perform other construction cleaning duties as required.

Job Requirements

• Completion of high school would be an asset but not mandatory.
• No experience required. Training will be provided.
• A functional understanding of English is required.
• Candidate should be willing to work outdoors, indoors, and in all-weather conditions.

Note: Candidates who qualify will receive relocation assistance up to $1000.00. The company will pay $500.00 CAD as a referral incentive to any current employee who refers a candidate, and the company hires them.
