Store Supervisor

We are currently hiring a Store Supervisor on a full-time and permanent basis. The ideal candidate should have strong leadership, organizational, and customer service skills. In this role, you are responsible for promoting a culture of safety and high-quality customer service while establishing relationships and integrating strategic plans into company operations.

Job Duties

• Manage team members and assign duties for stocking, cleaning, labeling, items displaying, decorating store etc.
• Attend customers in person/over the phone and resolve complaints on time (e.g., employee behavior, product lack, returns, exchange etc.)
• Prepare reports regarding daily sales volumes, tracking the sales yearly, merchandising and personnel matters.
• Prepare inventory orders by determining the stocks and order merchandise.
• Assist in authorizing payments by cheque and the return of merchandise.
• Operate cash register and processes cash, debit card and credit card.
• Supervise and coordinate the staff and cashier’s sale transactions.
• Assist in new staff hiring and training of sales skills.
• Perform other duties as required.

Job Requirements

• Completion of Secondary School.
• Demonstrated retail sales experience.
• Supervisory experience would be an asset.
• Excellent written and oral communication skills.
• Ability to lead and manage a team to achieve common goals.
• Strong time management skills.
• As needed, must be available during all operating hours, including weekends.
