A Meat Trimmer is required to work at Big Bazaar & Big Meat Shop who can start working as soon as possible: -

Job Title - Meat Trimmer 
Location - Delta, BC 
Wages - $21.60/ Hour 
Vacancies - 1

Terms of Employment - Permanent employment, Full time 35 to 40 Hours/ Week 
Start Date - As soon as possible

Tasks 
Cut beef, lamb, pork or veal carcasses or sides or quarters of carcasses into primal cuts for further cutting, processing or packaging, Remove feathers and singe and wash poultry to prepare for further processing or packaging, Cut meat and poultry into specific cuts for institutional, commercial or other wholesale use, Remove bones from meat

Transportation/travel information 
Public transportation is available

Hand-eye co-ordination, Standing for extended periods, Bending, crouching, kneeling
