Wage: $26.00 per hour for a minimum of 30 hours or above per week. Must have 1 year to less than 2 years of verifiable experience. JOB DUTIES

  • Coordinate administrative support to all sections and departments of the hotel.
  • Work closely with all departments, communicating regular updates and changes.
  • Oversee the daily operations of the hotel departments.
  • Consistently offer professional, friendly and engaging treatment to hotel employees
  • Maintain all employee records.
  • Ensure all guest requests are actioned in a timely manner.
  • Ensure all hotel and restaurant supplies are well stocked.
  • Comply with all department policies, procedures, and service standards.
  • Follow and proactively promote all health and safety policies and initiatives.
  • Record and update computerized information of invoices, reports and receipts.
  • Compile and coordinate daily revenue reports and other progress reports to employer.
  • Follow up on enquiries made by other companies and guests.
  • Assist the management in making and implying new policies and procedures.
  • Oversee and order office inventory and software maintenance for the hotel as well as restaurant.
  • Train new employees on company's policies and procedures; and in use of software applications in premises. 
  • Any other relevant tasks for smooth operations of the hotel at higher standards
