Currently, we are looking for a full-time Nail Salon Supervisor who can ensure smooth daily operation.

Position: Nail Salon Supervisor

Wage: $20.00 - $21.00 per hour (Depending on Working Experience)

Working Hours: 30 hours per week

Terms of Employment: Full-time, Permanent

Starting date: As Soon As Possible

Work Location: #5, 111 W Broadway, Vancouver, BC V5Y 1P4

Responsibility:

• Ensuring smooth daily operation of computer / POS systems, equipment, and schedule maintenance and repair as needed;
• Scheduling daily shift of each staff, supervise, coordinate and assign daily duties to staff;
• Resolving work-related problems and prepare and submit progress and other reports;
• Recruiting and giving training to staff in their job duties, sanitation and safety procedures and Crafty Nail Bar’s policies;
• Evaluating work performance of staff including nail care technicians and submit progress reports;
• Ordering beauty products including nail polishes, gel polishes, nail art supplies and replenish stock;
• Handling any problems or issues that may arises at Crafty Nail Bar;
• Receiving payments from customers and track all transactions.
• Monitoring and reviewing service quality and ensuring all treatments meet high quality standards;
• May perform the same duties as workers supervised.

Qualification:

• Completion of secondary school is usually required;
• Completion of college courses related to the area supervised may be required;
• 1+ year of Experience in the occupation supervised is required;
• Working knowledge of English;
• Great problem solving and time management skills;
• Practitioners offering these personal services are required to adhere to infection control procedures.
