Duties:

∙ Make room reservations, registering and booking guests in and out of their rooms

∙ Register arriving guests and assign rooms

∙ Provide general information about points of interest in the area

∙ Clerical duties (i.e. faxing, filing, photocopying)

∙ Provide information and services to guests and receive payment for services.

∙ Represents the first point of contact with guests.

∙ Welcome guests and handles all stages of a guest’s stay.

∙ Answer telephonic queries and queries in person regarding hotel services.

∙ Respond to guest’s complaints and concerns.

∙ Keeping record of room reservations and availability.
