Restaurant Manager

2258730 Ontario Inc.O/A Daal Roti located at 25 Watline Ave. #16, 17, Mississauga, ON, L4Z 2Z1 requires 1 Restaurant Manager on Perm/ FT basis, Salary $26.50 Per Hour for a minimum of 30 hours or above per week. Must have 1 to 2 years of experience in Indian Restaurant and Catering. Additionally, 10 paid vacations and 10 sick leaves will be provided.

Job Duties

1. Ensure smooth operations of the Restaurant along with health and safety compliance
2. Co-ordinate with the Kitchen team for consistency in taste and quality along with continuous improvement, alterations, editions in the menu items.
3. Logistics and Management co-ordination between the restaurant locations,
4. Recruitment and Training of Staff
5. Oversee Inventory Management, Place Orders and execute returns and exchanges
6. Meet with large volume event clients for setting the Menu, price quotation and finalising the negotiations
7. Assist the management to participate in community events, launch seasonal promotions etc.
8. Any other relevant tasks
