CHIEF EXECUTIVE OFFICER

·  Develop high quality business strategies and plans for Racar Canada Inc. ensuring their alignment with short-term and long-term objectives

·  Develop and apply insights to identify impactful partnership opportunities for Racar Canada Inc.

·  Oversee all operations and business activities to ensure they produce the desired results and are consistent with the overall strategy and mission

·  Make high-quality investing decisions to advance the business and increase profits for Racar Canada Inc.

·  Review financial and non-financial reports to devise solutions or improvements

·  Build trust relations with key partners and stakeholders and act as a point of contact for Racar Canada Inc.. for important shareholders

. Pursue, Evaluate, Support negotiations and ensure execution of key partnership/deals in the region while working with key internal stakeholders (e.g. engineering, operations, technologies, legal etc.)

. Analyze problematic situations and occurrences and provide solutions to ensure company survival and growth in engineering and technologies

. Represent the company in relevant external industry forums/organizations.

. Provide inspired leadership company-wide.

. Act as the primary spokesperson for the Racar Canada Inc.

. Develop the company’s culture and overall company vision.

. Help with recruiting new staff members when necessary.

. Oversee the company’s fiscal activity, including budgeting, reporting, and auditing.

. Work with the executive board to determine values and mission, and plan for short and long-term goals.

. Oversee the day-to-day operation of the company.

. Work closely with the human resource department to ensure great hiring for Racar Canada Inc.
