Cleaning Supervisor

Mann Janitorial Services Ltd with a business address based at 32181 Ashcroft Drive, Abbotsford, BC – V2T 5C7 engaged in the business of cleaning service for commercial buildings is hiring one full-time Cleaning Supervisor (NOC:6315) to join their company. supervise and co-ordinate the activities of other workers at various work sites.

Job Location: Various locations as per the company’s contracts with a business address based at 32181 Ashcroft Drive, Abbotsford, BC – V2T 5C7

Wages: $20.00 to $28.00/hr. depending upon experience + 4% Vacation Pay

Hours: 40 hrs./week

Requirements:

• Completion of High school education is required. Any higher education would be considered as an asset.
• More than 2 years of experience in related field is required.
• Knowledge of English.

Duties:

• Supervise and co-ordinate the activities of other cleaners at various work sites.
• Prepare the work schedule for the workers.
• Inspect and check the sites if everything is cleaning as per cleaning standards.
• Make sure all the work is performed following safety procedures.
• Hire new cleaners as per the business requirements.
• Arrange training for cleaners when required.
• Do the performance review for the cleaners.
• Order supplies and maintain the record for the expenditures.
• Prepare budget, estimate costs and keep financial records
• Perform cleaning duties, if required.
