Link Insurance Services Ltd” is hiring for one Administrative Assistant to join their company. We are based at 15250-56Ave Hwy 10 Suite 100, Surrey, BC- V3S 5K7. The position is available on full-time basis.

Requirements:

  • Completion of high school education is required. Any further related degree or diploma would be considered an asset.
  • More than 2 years of experience in related field is required.
  • Knowledge of English Language.
  • Knowledge of Basic Computers.

Wages: $25.00/hr. for 40 hrs./week +4% Vacation pay.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Answer telephone and electronic enquiries and relay telephone calls and messages
  • Receive and direct visitors and clients.
  • Communicate on daily basis with staff to maintain schedules.
  • Create and manage files and folders, client details.
  • Establish work priorities.
  • Schedule and confirm appointments
  • Order office supplies and maintain inventory
  • Set up and maintain manual and computerized information filing systems.
  • Keep the record of day-to-day office expenditures.
  • May supervise and train other staff member.
  • Record and prepare minutes of meetings
