JOB DESCRIPTION

The Technical Sales Representative is responsible for creating sales relationships with business clients in need of equipment inspection and training services.

EMPLOYMENT LENGTH: PERMANENT 30 Hrs Full Time

LANGUAGE OF WORK: ENGLISH

WAGE: $35/Hr

LOCATION: Edmonton, Alberta

JOB DUTIES

The duties of the Technical Sales Representative at Knowtheword Technology Ltd. will include but are not limited to:

• Maintain and grow sales relationships with existing clients
• Identify and solicit potential clients
• Develop sales presentations, proposals, and other materials to communicate benefits from use of goods or service
• Create sales relationships with prospective business clients, assessing and addressing their specific needs and processing payment.
• Assist in devising and implementing sales strategies for marketing and management.
• Answer questions and provide basic technical info regarding technical courier, delivery and rental services offered by Knowtheword Technology Ltd.
• Answer telephone and electronic enquiries and relay telephone calls and messages
• Providing advice on enterprise cloud service usage, training arrangement, and technical support.
• Provide superior after sales services to resolve problems and provide ongoing support
• Maintaining personal knowledge of industry trends and competitors. Maintain and enforce a documented system of financial policies and procedures.

QUALIFICATION

• A university degree or college diploma in a program related to the product or service is required.
• 1-2 years of experience as a sales representative or in a related occupation within the data processing & hosting industry preferred.
