We (1326818 B.C. Ltd.) are looking for an individual for the position of CEO who can manage and oversee the business. We supply various chemicals such as Bleaching powder, Poly-Aluminum Chloride, hydro Choleric acid, Chlorine etc. and supply the same to different factories such as paper, dying, water treatment plants, soap and plastic factories etc.

Position details:                

  • Job Title: Chief Executive Officer (CEO)
  • Wage & hours: $43.00/hour & minimum 30 hours/week
  • Job Type: Full-time

Responsibilities:

  • Developing, approving, and implementing company policy, and other internal campaigns; deciding how resources should be allocated; making sure the appropriate amount of work is delegated to the appropriate number of individuals within the appropriate department (s).
  • Establishing connections with internal and external partners.
  • Providing directions and explanations, delegating authority as required.
  • Developing, implementing, coordinating, reviewing, evaluating, and improving business procedures and policies, as well as organizational activities and initiatives.
  • Planning, organizing, directing, and evaluating all business activities, ensuring they meet the organization’s goals, objectives, and regulations.
  • Oversee all significant departments' operations, approving and planning the development of departments and related personnel.
  • Appointing middle managers and establishing policies, criteria for hiring, evaluating, and employee advancement.  
  • Communicating, motivating, and inspiring middle managers; gaining influence, trust, and credibility within the organization to build and help foster collaborative work relationships; liaising with external companies and other third parties; and
  • Representing the organization, or delegating representatives to act on their behalf, in negotiations, networking events, Public Relations activities, or other official functions.

Requirements:

  • Completion of secondary school is required.
  • A university degree or college diploma in business administration, finance or other discipline related to the service provided

OR

Several years (3 to 4 years) of management work experience is required.
