Permanent Position: Office Administrator (NOC #13100)

Company: Oberai Transport Ltd

Head Office: 1126 Albert St, Regina, SK S4R 2R1

Wage Rate: $26.44 Hourly, for 40 Hours per week

Terms of Employment: Permanent, Full Time, Overtime, Weekend, Day, evening,

Education: High school

Experience: 1 years to less than 2 years of experience

Languages: English

Job Duties:

• Review, evaluate and implement new administrative procedures
• Establish work priorities and ensure procedures are followed and deadlines are met
• Carry out administrative activities of establishment
• Follow administration policies and procedures
• Co-ordinate and plan for office services such as equipment, supplies, forms, maintenance and security services
• Assist in the preparation of operating budget and maintain inventory and budgetary controls
• Assemble data and prepare periodic and special reports, manuals and correspondence
• Oversee and co-ordinate office administrative procedures
