Work Location: 1218 BROADWAY AVE S WILLIAMS LAKE, BC, V2G 1A2
Wage Rate: $17.00 Hourly, for 32-40 Hours per week
Terms of Employment: Permanent, Full Time, Morning, day, evening, Weekend, Overtime if required.
Education: High School
Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years
Languages: English
Type of Industry Experience: Food Industry
Job Duties:
- Establish methods to meet work schedules
- Supervise and co-ordinate activities of staff who prepare and portion food
- Train staff in job duties, sanitation, and safety procedure.
- Estimate and order ingredients and supplies
- Ensure food service and quality control
- Address customers' complaints or concerns
- Maintain records of stock, repairs, sales, and wastage
- Prepare and submit reports
- Supervise and check assembly of trays
- Supervise and check delivery of food trolleys
- Establish work schedules
