• Develop Policies, perform administrative tasks and plan development.

• Design market research questionnaires and market strategies.

• Maintain database of potential franchisees,real estate locations.

• Coordinating and arranging client events, meetings, appointments, and conferences.

• Ability to prioritize and manage workload

• Ability to Work independently and as a part of a team

• Review and evaluate commercial or industrial development proposals
