Key Responsibilities
- Establish, design, develop, and implement marketing plans, programs, promotions and integrated campaigns in support of sales initiatives and business goals.
- Lead marketing projects and provide guidance to product divisions on product positioning, messaging, and development of sales tools.
- Plan and analyze budgets and financials to measure marketing programs performance and identify areas of opportunity.
- Understand target customer profiles and review the competition and market trends to implement, improve and optimize marketing initiatives; share key insights with stakeholders.
- Create and manage the sales editorial communication plan; manage and establish distribution networks for our products and services.
- Leads results gathering and pull KPI success measurement results into project summary deliverables.
- Cooperate with other teams to manage the ongoing marketing content on our company website.
- Provide project oversight, training, and coaching to the marketing team.
Qualifications & Skills
- A college diploma required, preferably in the field of sales, marketing, advertising, public relations or related area; higher education will be an asset.
- Minimum 2 years of working experience in sales, marketing, advertising or related areas; previous experience in a senior or management level position will be an asset.
- Must be highly customer service focused with high emotional intelligence.
- Strong and effective written and verbal communication ability.
- Organized, accurate, attention the detail, and flexible in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint.
- Excellent time management skills.
