Marketing Manager

Key Responsibilities

1. Establish, design, develop, and implement marketing plans, programs, promotions and integrated campaigns in support of sales initiatives and business goals.
2. Lead marketing projects and provide guidance to product divisions on product positioning, messaging, and development of sales tools.
3. Plan and analyze budgets and financials to measure marketing programs performance and identify areas of opportunity.
4. Understand target customer profiles and review the competition and market trends to implement, improve and optimize marketing initiatives; share key insights with stakeholders.
5. Create and manage the sales editorial communication plan; manage and establish distribution networks for our products and services.
6. Leads results gathering and pull KPI success measurement results into project summary deliverables.
7. Cooperate with other teams to manage the ongoing marketing content on our company website.
8. Provide project oversight, training, and coaching to the marketing team.

Qualifications & Skills

1. A college diploma required, preferably in the field of sales, marketing, advertising, public relations or related area; higher education will be an asset.
2. Minimum 2 years of working experience in sales, marketing, advertising or related areas; previous experience in a senior or management level position will be an asset.
3. Must be highly customer service focused with high emotional intelligence.
4. Strong and effective written and verbal communication ability.
5. Organized, accurate, attention the detail, and flexible in a fast-paced environment.
6. Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint.
7. Excellent time management skills.

$41/hour, 30-40 hours per week
