Position: Hot Kitchen Cook

Hourly Wage: CAD 18.00

We are seeking a motivated Hot Kitchen Cook to join our kitchen team. The successful candidate will assist in preparing and cooking hot dishes according to the Company’s standardized recipes and quality requirements. This position is suitable for candidates with basic culinary experience, an interest in Chinese cuisine, and a willingness to learn and develop their skills.

The Company provides structured training, standardized operating procedures, and practical guidance to help employees adapt to the kitchen environment, improve their cooking techniques, and develop their professional capabilities.

Duties

• Prepare and cook hot dishes according to standardized recipes and brand specifications.

• Participate in company-provided training to learn Chinese cooking techniques, product standards, and kitchen procedures.

• Follow food safety and sanitation requirements, including proper food handling and storage.

• Assist with ingredient preparation, inventory checks, and reporting stock shortages.

• Maintain a clean and organized workstation and collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely food preparation and consistent quality.
