We are seeking a motivated Product Development Specialist to join our culinary product development team. The successful candidate will assist with recipe development, product testing, and the refinement of Chinese culinary products. This position is suitable for candidates with basic culinary experience, an interest in Chinese cuisine, and a strong willingness to learn and develop.

The Company provides structured training, standardized product development procedures, and practical guidance to help employees develop their culinary skills, understand product standards, and grow into capable product development professionals.

Duties

• Assist with product trials and recipe refinement under approved development plans.

• Test local ingredients and evaluate flavour, texture, and presentation.

• Document recipes, ingredient specifications, and preparation procedures.

• Participate in company-provided training to learn Chinese culinary techniques and product standards.

• Support the implementation of approved product standards and recommend improvements based on testing results.
