Drywall Installer Supervisor

CENTURY DRYWALL LTD. is seeking an experienced, proactive Drywall Installer Supervisor to oversee daily drywall operations on residential and commercial job sites across the Greater Vancouver area. The supervisor will coordinate crews, maintain strict quality control and safety standards, manage project timelines, and ensure all drywall installations, taping, and finishing align with project architectural specifications and local building codes.

Salary: $39 hourly for 32 hours per week

Experience: 2 years to less than 3 years

Education: Secondary school

Drywall Installer Supervisor (NOC 72014) will have to perform all of these duties:

• Supervise workers and projects, co-ordinate and schedule activities of the workers.
• Train workers or arrange for training of workers in job duties, safety procedures and also company policies
• Read blueprints and drawings
• Estimate cost and training
• Requisition or order materials, equipment and supplies
• Establish methods to meet work schedules and co-ordinate work activities with other subcontractors
• Resolve work problems and recommend measures to improve productivity and product quality
• May have to recommend personal actions such as hiring and promotions
• Prepare work progress reports and manage the operations of the company
• Schedule the activities related to laborers and helpers
• Track and submit detailed report if any extra work performed on site.
• Ensure all safety precautions and safety standards are met.
