Job Description

CANADIAN SPRING REPAIR LTD. is seeking a reliable and experiencedTruck Mechanicto join our team in Abbotsford, BC. The successful candidate will be responsible for inspecting, repairing, replacing and maintaining mechanical components and systems of commercial trucks.

Job Duties and Responsibilities

• Adjust, repair or replace parts and components of commercial transport truck systems.

• Inspect mechanical units to identify faults and malfunctions.

• Review work orders and perform assigned repairs.

• Adjust, repair or replace parts and components of automotive systems.

• Repair or replace defective mechanical units or components.

• Test and adjust repaired systems according to manufacturer's specifications.

• Test and adjust mechanical units to ensure proper performance.

Requirements

• Language:English

• Education:Other trades certificate or diploma

• Experience:3 years to less than 5 years of relevant experience

• Ability to work accurately and pay attention to detail.

• Reliable, responsible and able to work effectively in a team.

Working Conditions

• Workshop environment that may be dusty and noisy.

• Fast-paced work environment.

• Shifts may include early mornings, mornings, evenings, weekends and flexible hours.
