Education: Completion of a post-secondary education program of 2 – 3 years in business, supply chain, production or manufacturing management and related
Experience: Several years of experience in transportation, logistics, or supply chain management

Job Description:
- Supervise, plan, assign and review the work of clerks responsible for inbound shipment tracking, customs duty coordination and container deliveries; coordinate with external logistics partners and resolve operational issues to meet service targets
- Oversee end-to-end fulfillment of purchase orders for Happy Mat, from order placement to final delivery, ensuring accuracy, timeliness and compliance with delivery schedules
- Coordinate with vendors, 3PL providers, carriers and internal departments to monitor shipments, resolve transportation issues and minimize delivery delays for client orders
- Monitor inventory levels of Happy Mat, conduct regular reconciliation between physical stock and ERP records, and investigate and resolve inventory discrepancies and shipment variances
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of purchase orders, shipment tracking, delivery confirmations, inventory transactions and related supply chain documentation for inbound and outbound shipments
- Identify and resolve supply chain issues, monitor order fulfillment and delivery performance, and recommend improvements to workflows, efficiency and inventory accuracy
- May perform the same duties as workers supervised
