Technical Support Analyst - Network

We are looking for a dynamic, client-focused individual to join our team as a Technical Support Analyst - Network

Responsibilities include:

• Coordinate access and use of computer networks
• Install software
• Maintain, troubleshoot and administer the use of local area networks (LANs), wide area networks (WANs), mainframe networks and computer workstations and peripheral equipment
• Monitor the performance of computer systems and networks
• Evaluate and install computer hardware, networking software and operating system software
• Provide problem-solving services to network users
• Implement data, software and hardware security procedures
• Modify Web pages, applets and scripts
• Research and apply meta-data to Websites and register Websites with search engines
• Respond to requests for help and information from Website visitors and Website designers
• Perform Web-sever backup and recovery operations

Requirements:

• 3 years of work experience
• Completion of a college or other program in computer science, network administration, Web technology or a related field is usually required

• Ability to function in a fast-paced environment with a high level of accuracy.

Monday-Friday 09:00 am - 05:00 pm
