Construction Electrician Apprentice

9757970 Canada Inc. O/A Bronxpro & Concepts is seeking 2 Construction Electrician Apprentices on a permanent, full-time basis.
Location: 7175 Tranmere Dr., Unit 1B, Mississauga, ON L5S 1N4
Wage: $37.25 per hour
Hours: 37.5 hours per week

Employment Requirements:

• Completion of secondary school education.
• Minimum two years of experience in electrical installation, maintenance, and repair, including relevant apprenticeship experience.
• Registered Training Agreement (RTA) with Skilled Trades Ontario, or eligibility for apprenticeship registration, as applicable.
• Ability to understand technical instructions and follow electrical safety procedures.

Benefits:

• Ten paid vacation days and ten paid sick days annually will be provided by the employer.

Job Duties:

1. Assist with installing electrical wiring, distribution panels, conduits, lighting fixtures, and related equipment.
2. Help maintain, repair, and replace electrical components under the direction of qualified electricians.
3. Measure, cut, strip, splice, and connect electrical wires and cables as required.
4. Support the installation of conduit systems, cable supports, grounding, and bonding components.
5. Read electrical drawings, wiring diagrams, and technical instructions to complete assigned tasks.
6. Assist with testing electrical circuits and equipment using appropriate testing instruments.
7. Help identify electrical faults and replace damaged or defective components as instructed.
8. Prepare tools and materials, maintain a clean work area, and record completed work where necessary.
9. Follow workplace safety procedures, use appropriate protective equipment, and comply with applicable electrical codes and site requirements.
