Responsibilities

Tasks

• Oversee daily car wash operations to ensure efficient and timely cleaning of rental fleet vehicles prior to customer pickup and after return
• Supervise and schedule car wash staff, assign tasks, and monitor performance to maintain productivity and service quality standards
• Manage inventory of cleaning supplies, chemicals, and equipment; place orders and ensure proper storage and handling of all materials
• Train new employees on proper washing techniques, safety protocols, and use of equipment to prevent damage to vehicles
• Address customer complaints or concerns related to vehicle cleanliness and resolve issues promptly to maintain satisfaction
• Maintain daily operational logs, track vehicle throughput, and prepare reports on productivity and costs for upper management
