Front End Manager - Retail

Job Brief:

Sabzi Mandi is looking for an experienced and dynamic Retail Store Manager with good leadership skills to join its team at the earliest, responsible for managing the retail staff within a business. Coordinates the shipping of goods, sets up displays and assists customers and staff during business hours.

Job Duties:

• Supervise and co-ordinate sales staff and cashiers to ensure that they complete their assigned tasks in a timely manner
• Assign sales workers to duties and prepare work schedules
• Sell merchandise to customers
• Resolve problems that arise, such as customer complaints and supply shortages
• Maintain specified inventory and order merchandise
• Work with the cash register when needed and change signage in the store to reflect any in-store promotions
• Formulate pricing policies and ensure pricing is correct
• Analyze operating and financial statements for profitability ratios
• Utilize information technology to record sales figures, for data analysis and forward planning
• Manage different departments within the store
• Ensure standards for quality, customer service and health and safety are met

Other Job Requirements:

• Language: English is a requirement
• Education: Completion of High School is required
• Experience: 2 – 3 years of experience within the retail sector or previous experience as a retail supervisor will be considered
