Welder-assembler

Duties:

• Set up welding machines based on the job at hand or using a Welding Procedure Specification
• Assemble, align, and fasten brass, aluminum, and stainless-steel parts for welding
• Weld the metal components or parts using a MIG and/or TIG process
• Follow and help maintain Welding Procedure Specifications
• Read, interpret, and follow blueprints, engineering drawings, and specifications
• Examine welded products to ensure they meet structural and quality standards, as well as specifications
• Follow all safety rules and quality standards

Education:                           College Diploma OR High School with Welder Certificate

Experience:                        On-the-job training provided

Wage rate:                          36 per hour for 30 hours per week

Benefits:                              Medical & Dental after 3 months

Terms of Employment:  Full-time, Permanent
